CANCELLATION POLICY

When you forget or cancel your appointment with no notice, Flirt Esthetics misses the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Not only do you miss your appointment, but I miss the opportunity to fill that space with another client requiring a service. All of my appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance, and since the services are reserved for you personally during your appointment time, a cancellation fee will apply. 

I understand that sometimes things come up and that you may need to reschedule your appointment; therefore I respectfully require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation of your appointment. Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours notice of the scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the total cost of services missed. This must be paid before any future appointments will be booked.

Clients who no-show will be required to pay 50% of the amount of the missed appointment. 

LATE POLICY

Appointments are booked back to back in a time sensitive manner. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling, or adjusting the service. I understand that situations may come up, but it will be up to my discretion if the service can be completed at that time. This will be treated as a “no show” and you will be required to pay 100% of the service missed.

CONFIRMATION EMAILS/TEXTS

As a courtesy, you are sent a reminder 1-2 days before appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and any cancellation fees. 

PAYMENT

I accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit and Cash. I do not accept American Express, Cheques or E-Transfers. All payment must be completed before you leave your appointment.
